My dad was on USS King back in the early 70's his name was OS2 Bennie Linn. I remember some of his shipmates, Dave, Hutch, and Cat and some others guys who I dont remember they'er names but could see they'er faces. My dad is doing well and enjoying the retire life in Bermerton Wa...

I know they've heard us, but I don't know that they're listening.

All we've received are "form" letters telling us that they're taking it under consideration, but that the requests outnumber the ships available.

We've gone through a couple of letter writing "waves" and we're probably due to start another one.

I'll start working on it!

 :)ARE THE FOLKS LISTENING TO OUR SUGGESTIONS ON THE NAMING THE NEW SHIP. I JUST FOUND THE WEB SITE. I HOPE MORE OF THE CREW FIND IT.
