The following link is an invitation to the USS King Association membership:

September 18th 2011 at 1:00 p.m. 1st Street and Hamilton Ave, Lorain Ohio for the first dedication ceremony to  be followed a few blocks away 720 Washington Avenue at 2:00 for the LCS dedication ceremony. Rear Admiral Jay A Deloach (USN-RETIRED) Director of the Naval History and Heritage Command will be the key note speaker.

The plaque will look like the following:
