In this week's column there is a first peek at the new patrol boat for the Clallam County Sheriff?s Office that is being built by Lee Shore Boats. Tim Lee of the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding in Port Hadlock spends a couple of the summer months in Ireland and the briefest of discussion for those who wonder what happens when a yacht collides with a log in the open ocean.
