On The Waterfront with USS Turner Joy (DD-951)

This week's column is about the museum ship, USS Turner Joy (DD-951) that is located on the Boardwalk in Bremerton, Wash.  This ship will be remembered for her participation with USS Maddox (DD-731) in the night action that occurred in early August 1964 that led to the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War.
